The Staff
All members of the staff are well educated and experienced in childcare. Each staff member meets The Department of Early Education and Care Qualifications for his or her position.
Staff-to-Child ratios all meet or exceed state regulations.
The management of Victorian believes that, in order to provide high quality childcare,
the teachers, aides and administrators should aim at personalized care with love and affection to assure that the child will be in comfortable and conducive surroundings the child deserves.
